چکیده
Abstract Fire frequently causes strong disturbance in forests. Belowground fungi are sensitive to forest fire and can affect vegetation restoration. Our objective was investigate the responses of belowground under two tree species a mixed Yunnan Plateau. Samples from three ‘sample sites’ (roots, rhizosphere soil bulk soil) were collected plant species, Pinus yunnanensis Eucalyptus citriodora, analyzed for fungal diversity community composition. Fungi identified using high-throughput sequencing. Shannon index principal coordinate analysis used network analysis. LEfSe FUNGuild analyze composition, trophic mode guild. Alpha higher than that roots, while composition significantly different among sample sites. Fungal complexity E. citriodora P. yunnanensis. The relative abundance Mucoromycota sites citriodora. Most top 10 dominant genera saprotrophic fungi. In comparison biomarker, ectomycorrhizal dominated roots yunnanensis, both symbiotic findings suggest that, following fire, species-specific

Globalized Forest-Products: Commodification of Matsutake Mushroom in Tibetan Villages Yunnan Province, Southwest China
Within the global framework of Sustainable Development, NTFPs (Non-timber Forest Products) draw a great deal of attentions from scholars. However, previous literature and research has mainly placed emphasis on how commercialization of NTFPs contributed to forest management and local livelihood improvement. This is absent in the debate on issues of commercialization impacts on NTFPs management a...
متن کاملThe Impact of Precipitation Regimes on Forest Fires in Yunnan Province, Southwest China
The amount, frequency, and duration of precipitation have important impact on the occurrence and severity of forest fires. To fully understand the effects of precipitation regimes on forest fires, a drought index was developed with number of consecutive dry days (daily precipitation less than 2 mm) and total precipitation, and the relationships of drought and precipitation with fire activities ...

Zagros forests are one of the important natural ecosystems in Iran with high plant diversity and variety of plant communities. In recent decades, fire events have frequently occurred in some of these ecosystems. The purpose of this research is to investigate the composition and diversity of herbaceous species after nine years of fire occurrence in the forests of Zagros in western Iran. For this...
متن کاملTwo new species of Quedius Stephens, subgenus Raphirus Stephens from Yunnan, Southwest China (Coleoptera, Staphylinidae, Staphylinini)
Two new species of the genus Quedius Stephens collected from Nabanhe Nature Reserve, Yunnan Province, Quedius nabanhensissp. n. and Quedius maoxingisp. n., are described and illustrated. Keys to the multipunctatus group and intricatus group of Quedius species of Yunnan are provided. A map of the collecting sites is given.
متن کاملMultielement stoichiometry of submerged macrophytes across Yunnan plateau lakes (China)
Stoichiometric homeostasis of element composition is one of the central concepts of ecological stoichiometry. We analyzed concentrations of macroelements (C, N, P, Ca, K, Mg, S), microelements (Cu, Fe, Mn, Mo, Ni, Zn) and beneficial elements (Na, Se, Si) in submerged macrophytes, water and sediments across 20 Yunnan plateau lakes. We predicted that tissue element composition in submerged macrop...
